Land Conservation

Georgia Land Conservation Program
Provides landowners with land conservation funding options including grants, low interest loans, and tax incentives that augment local, state, and federal funding sources to achieve the permanent conservation of land through the acquisition of conservation easements and fee simple ownership.

Georgia Main Street Program
Assists Georgia cities and neighborhoods in the development of their core commercial areas.

Sustainable Community Forestry Program
Helps community leaders recognize the value of trees and plan with them in mind and supplies the valuable resources community leaders need to develop and maintain a community tree care program.

Urban Lands Program
